We read The Black Snowman today. The story ties into our theme for the next couple of weeks, and leads us into diversity studies as we prepare for the International Festival, and the coming Black History month.
We started with a black piece of paper. We used newspapers to design our snowmen. (Thanks to all that supplied us with print - we had plenty!) We used different parts of the newspaper, and other scraps for decoration.
